I've been here approximately 10 months, I love this community, I love the elevator and I like the manager. She was one of the reasons I moved here. On my first visit she was very friendly and it seemed like most of the tenants liked her, she worked hard to make this my new home and she remembers the tenants names.Maintenance request or handle quickly.

Me and my partner moved here from Mississippi so this was a new experience. This community it quiet and calm, very clean beautifully designed. The amenities pool, clubhouse, gym are top tier in my opinion. The staff provide excellent service from the Property Manager to the maintenance crew.

Tanto el perso al Administrativo como el personal de mantenimiento son muy amables y profesionales. Brittney es muy carismática y está siempre dispuesta para ayudarte a solucionar cualquier inconveniente o duda. Por otro lado las solicitudes de mantenimiento son siempre atendidas y solucionadas en corto tiempo y de manera adecuada. Nunca hemos tenido inconvenientes con nuestros vecinos y nos agrada vivir en este complejo.

I have never lived in beautiful, peaceful and calming place like 26 Apartments. Thank you so much for what you do for the community, we live in a proper community and also the management is very amazing. I am really grateful!

I am moving into these apartments in a couple days from California . This review is solely based on customer service and when I went to see the property. From beginning [the leasing agent] always hit it out of park. She is phenomenal. If it wasn’t for her customer service , being available to answer the smallest questions and helping us through the whole process it wouldn’t have been as smooth and I’m not sure if we would’ve move here. The property is very clean and it seems pretty cool...

I genuinely enjoy living here. The staff is fantastic; they care and listen to what you have to say and your suggestions! 1. Solar party 2. Community yard sales 3. Dog park partys The staff is amazing overall, and the rules are strictly enforced! I love it!

Application process was smooth and quick. [The Manager] answered all of my questions and even helped when I submitted for the wrong timeframe. The move-in process was just as easy too. Everything was ready upon arrival and they made sure I was taken care of.

Been here a little over 3 years. Maintenance is always fast respond even after Business hours, Managers are very friendly, helpful and community oriented. They've been sincere in trying to make our community comfortable for their guests/tenants.
